Denver was....interesting

Chris and I travelled out to Denver for four days to visit my brother. We were the basic tourists, but our tour guide was neither flamboyant or costly. Garden of the gods, Red Rocks, the U.S. Mint, Denver Zoo, Colfax and Broadway (for those FIF fans)....it was amazing, interesting (two excessively overused words from those four days). Unfortunately, all of my beautiful pictures were deleted by my terribly unreliable digital camera. This picture is the only decent one I was able to take on our way to the airport (after discovering the rest were gone).
I learned a few things about myself while in Denver:
1) I'm too dependent upon and attached to my material possessions.
2) There is no need to curse God when a material possession goes beserk.
3) My memories are more important than a picture of them.
4) I love Chicago.
5) The air in Denver is way too dry. It makes my skin itchy.
C'est la vie!
